It is therefore important to seek medical advice and guidance of a qualified Pilates teacher that can help you design a program that is suitable for you during your pregnancy. Pilates is also a great way to get back into shape after childbirth, but again, make sure you consult your doctor when it is safe for you to return to exercise again.
