Recognize a Pilates trained body

A Pilates trained body is recognized for its symmetry and toned appearance. The spine is lengthened, although the natural curves of the spine are either flattened or exaggerated. The neck is long; the shoulders are level and are not hunched. The abdomen is firm. The hips are level and the legs are strong but not over muscled. The body is able to move freely and smoothly and without effort.
